Booking & Deposits
How is my event date secured?
A 25% non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required to reserve your event date.
Dates are not held without both.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your date exclusively on the calendar.
Do you book more than one event per day?
No. Once you book, your event date is reserved exclusively for you.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular wedding and event dates book early. Booking as soon as your date and venue are confirmed is recommended.
Ceremonies & Coverage
Are ceremonies included in wedding packages?
Ceremony coverage is included with Wedding Package II. Wedding Package I covers reception service only.
Can ceremony service be added to Wedding Package I ?
Yes. Ceremony service can be added to Package I for an additional fee if needed.
What if the ceremony is at a different location?
Separate-location ceremonies require an additional $100 setup and travel fee.
Travel & Location
​Do you charge travel fees?
Travel fees apply to all events and are based on location and distance. Final travel cost is confirmed during booking.
How is travel distance determined?
Travel time is calculated based on normal driving conditions from our base service area.
Music & Requests
Can we request specific songs or genres?
Yes. Music is planned around your preferences and event style.
Can you help with playlist planning?
Absolutely. Planning support is included to help shape the right music for each part of your event.
Pricing & Policies
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All pricing and potential add-on costs are explained clearly before booking.
Can we add additional time to our package?
Yes. Additional event time can be added based on availability and is discussed during booking.
